These forms are typically filled out manually by customers, tour guides, travel agents, or other staff members involved in the tour process.

We have specialized equipment, such as high-speed scanners, that can quickly convert physical forms into digital images. They can handle large volumes of documents, ensuring a fast and efficient scanning process. Further, we perform sorting of data, data entry, and indexing to capture relevant information from the digital images. They assign metadata or keywords to each document, making it easily searchable and accessible. During this time, we have received a significant total of 2 lakhs (200,000) physical forms via courier, each of which requires careful scanning and indexing. This involves transforming these physical documents into a digital format while capturing relevant information to enhance searchability and accessibility.

We assigned a dedicated team of 3 skilled employees who are tasked with scanning the physical forms and sorting the data to prepare it for further processing. To ensure comprehensive and accurate indexing, we added six employees. Their role involves capturing relevant information from each form and associating it with appropriate indexing criteria. We assigned four dedicated QC persons to conduct thorough reviews of the digitized forms to ensure data integrity.

To provide an extra layer of assurance, we have established an auditing team consisting of 2 individuals. Their role involves conducting comprehensive audits of the digitized forms, verifying the accuracy and completeness of the indexed information.
